Rent Collection We assume responsibility for punctual collection of rents, liaise regularly with our clients and ensure a swift transfer of funds. General We will undertake all day-to-day management activities for your properties as well as dealing with assignments, service of notices and overall portfolio “performance”. The properties managed are geographically widespread from Central London extending as far as Portsmouth in the South to York in the North of England. Currently responsibilities include single shop units, neighbourhood shopping centres, single and multi-tenanted office buildings (with extensive common parts) and industrial units. We provide an efficient and prompt response to all facility related matters meeting the demands of both landlord and tenant. |
